| Circle of lights in the sky over Carpinteria CA Went to take out the dog. It was a series of white lights that formed a circle. It seemed that there were smaller red lights in between. The lights were twinkling. I don't know just how long it was hovering there, but we watched at least 10-15 minutes. It was very high up and looked about the size of a nickel. We are both fifth generation natives of this area and have never witnessed anything like this before. |
