i was waiting outside of my friend's workplace (ATL, a Phillips company) for him to get off when i saw 4 star like objects flying in a horizontal line formation from south to north across the sky overhead but to the north a bit.

they flew side by side, evenly spaced, at a great speed then all came together and vanished to the north. it appeared as if they left the atmosphere or something.
