Oval-like shape object approx 10:25pm , row of blinking lights, lights alternated blue and red, while object ismaking a humming sound

A humming sound from outside caught my attention. Looked out the window thinking it was a plane. Through the night sky, an Oval-like shape object in the sky. Row of blinking lights. Lights alternated blue and red. Remained in place for about 3 minutes then started heading away slowly while red light continues to blink. Object was making a humming sound.
