It was moving slowly around in the sky and after maybe 4 min it sped of at high speeds

The object was bright and we saw a yellow flash before it dissapeared. It hurt our eyes and when it flew away our eyes had bright spots as if we had been staring at a light for a few minutes. There was a yellow trail in the sky. We think that maybe some other people may have seen it.
