parrallel lights coming towards me, no sound and then just disappeared

ladder shape lights, vertical parrallel lights with additional 5 to 7 lights in center, brilliant orange and gold and red, no sound, appeared then disappeared, close at roof tops, live on hillside, so could be about 1000 feet
