Speeding Triangle Shaped UFO

Me and my friend were taking a night walk when we saw a very bright light moving speedily past us. It was a black triangle with three bright light (looked like there were more on the bottom) We thought it was a plane until we noticed it was moving backward it took two or three turns and then started rising and eventually moved out of sight.
