object low in west sky from Payson, AZ, oval shape w/3 bright spots, moving slowly lower toward horizen

Spotted low in the west by northwest sky from Payson, AZ. Extremely bright with flashing lights. Round to elliptical. Has a slow movement to lower part of sky.

Without binoculars, with naked eye appears to have 3 to 4 seperate bright spots.

With binoculars appears round to oval and extremely bright. This is a bright enough object that many people should see it.
