Sighting Report
Occurred : 9/27/2002 18:55
Reported: 9/28/2002 18:55
Posted: 3/21/2003
Location: Scottsdale, AZ
Duration:5 min.

Three witnesses observe peculiar, circular, maneuvering object, which emits sparks below it. They were driving north to a movie theater, when they witnessed a peculiar object directly ahead of them at an angle of elevation of approximately 75 degrees. The object, when first observed, was drifting from west to east in front of the witnesses, and then it suddenly turned to the south. Its apparent size was equal to approximately one tenth the apparent diameter of a full Moon.

The peculiar thing about the object was that there was a second object below the larger one, and it suddenly began releasing a "ribbon of sparkles," as it moved across the sky. Written report is pending.
