| Aircraft makes 90 degree turn I noticed a strange vapor trail in the sky when I looked out my patio doors on the date in question. We don't usually see ANY such trails here but this time there were at least 3. The one I was confused by was on a path parallel with the other 2 when it suddenly appears to have made a 90 degree turn. I did NOT whitness the turn or the craft that made it but did photograph the resulting vapor trail, which dissapated shortly after the picture was taken. If you would like to see this photo (taken with my digital camera) I can email you a copy of the file. Perhaps you or an expert that you know can tell me how such a manuver can be made. I have NO explaination for this phenomena. ((NUFORC Note: We have reviewed the image, which was sent to NUFORC electronically. All we see is what appear to be normal contrails in a blue sky. One contrail has a bend in it. We suspect the aircraft passed a navigation way point and executed a turn to its right. We see nothing in the photograph that suggests UFO activity. PD)) |
