Orange Orb seen flying around town in Minnesota.

An orange orb flew out of the treen line at about 10:25pm approximately 200 yards east of my house, I assume out of the nearby park. It flew south just above the treeline for about a minute. Then the orb stopped dimmed a little and then seemed to be flashing brigther than it was before. The orb then took the same path back for about half the way, stopped, slowly dimmed and went below the treeline at approximately 10:30pm.
