| taking pictures ,found object on a picture when we got home . did not observe at the time we took the snap shot ,but found it when we returned home ((NUFORC Note: We have reviewed the photo, sent electronically, and our first guess would be it is a photograph of a hummingbird flying from left to right in the field of view. We are awaiting response from the witness with regard to this tentative appraisal of the photo.)) |
