two small triangular craft very fast and absolutly silent

Several years ago I saw two craft similar to the 6/99 cuba NM report; two small black airplanes flew close overhead (50 feet) triangle shaped but the unnerving thing was they made absolutely no noise,they were completely silent. They were going directly to Andrews air force base so they were obviously military craft.
