Large white glowing disk. Transparent. Smaller craft coming from it

[second hand info.] Tuskegee National Forest, Alabama @ Hwy 85. My daughter was driving East on Hwy 85 @ approx 0100, 13Aug98, when she saw a "Football Field" sized UFO above the trees. Glowing white and "hollow" inside.

Other small craft were seen coming from it.
