Man witnesses 3-4 extraordinarily bright flashes above horizon in eastern sky. Thinks nuclear power station exploded. Very upset by experience.

This was the second telephoned report we received about this incident. The man was located in a neighborhood to the west of Cleveland. He sounded very credible, and was very upset by what he had just seen. PD
